Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Administrative Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating administrative processes, maintaining office systems, and providing support to staff and management to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain filing systems (digital and physical), databases, and records.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Support procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested.

Liaise with internal departments and external partners/vendors as needed.

Help ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative procedures.

Assist with event planning, logistics, and other administrative projects.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrative Officer or management.

Qualifications:
Required:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Preferred:

Experience with office management software or ERP systems.

Knowledge of records management and document control practices.

Familiarity with budgeting or procurement processes.
